| With the rapid development of China's social economy and the disorderly expansion of cities,the irrational use of land by humans has led to the destruction of ecological balance,the imbalance of the structure and function of ecosystems,and the issue of ecological environment has become an important factor hindering the sustainable development of society.The construction of ecological civilization has been incorporated into the overall layout of the five-in-one,and it is imperative to strengthen the ecological environment.As a carrier of natural landscape and human landscape,scenic spots area has rich natural resources and important ecological service value,which is an important part of promoting ecological civilization construction.Therefore,the scientific delineation of natural ecological space in scenic spots and the development of corresponding control rules are of great significance for improving the ecological environment,protecting natural ecological space resources,and promoting the sustainable development of tourism.This study takes the Longhushan Scenic Spot in the pilot area of natural ecological space use as the research area.Based on the in-depth understanding of land use function and natural ecological space connotation,combined with the land use situation and natural ecological environment of Longhushan Scenic Area,The land use function evaluation index system based on the functions of ecology,agricultural production and tourism construction evaluates the three types of individual functions and their comprehensive functions of the Longhushan Scenic Area.According to the results of land use function evaluation,the dominant function of each evaluation unit is determined by means of comparative dispersion,and the natural ecological space is demarcated on the Longhushan scenic spot based on the leading function,and the use control rules are proposed for each level of protection area.In order to explore the natural ecological space control problem of scenic spots.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the actual situation of Longhushan Scenic Spot,this paper selects the vegetation coverage,surface runoff,ecological protection zone,elevation,slope,and other relevant functions from the three functions of ecological function,agricultural production function and tourism construction function.The 18 indicators of tourism service facilities convenience and landscape value constructed the evaluation index system of land use function of Longhushan Scenic Spot,with 30m×30m grid as evaluation unit,using analytic hierarchy process,TOPSIS method,combined with GIS spatial analysis technology.The three types of individual functions of each evaluation unit and their comprehensive function scores and distribution are obtained as the basis for delineating the ecological space.(2)According to the results of the functional grades of the Longhushan Scenic Area,this paper adopts the method of comparative dispersion to analyze the distribution of the leading functions of each evaluation unit in the Longhushan Scenic Area.Among them,the ecological function dominant area is 8141.40 hectares,mainly concentrated in the towns of Haoling Village in Honghu Township,Gongdian Village in Longhushan Town and Chengmen Village in Shangqing Town;the main area of agricultural life function is10273.61 hectares,mainly distributed in Honghu Lake.Xiangtangqiao Village,Shangqing Village of Shangqing Town,Gongdian Village of Longhushan Town;the main area of tourism construction function is 7655.94 hectares;it is mainly distributed in Gongdian Village,Longhushan Town,and Shangshang Village and Shangqing Town of Yujia Township.Qingcun and other towns.(3)Based on the ecological dominant functional zone formed by the land-based functional division,combined with the current planning and the current situation of the scenic spot,the scope of the natural ecological space is determined and the natural ecological space is divided into three levels: the core protected area,the key protected area,the general area,and then Control rules are established for the actual situation and protection points of protected areas at all levels.The delineation results show that the natural ecological ecological space of Longhushan Scenic Area accounts for 31.23% of the total area of the scenic spot,reaching 8141.40 hectares,of which the core protected area accounts for 40.18% of the ecological space,reaching 3271.52 hectares,including Longhushan Zhonghuaqiusha.The duck nature reserve,the Dayu Nature Reserve,the Xianshuiyan core area,the Zhengyiguan core area,the Shengjingshan core area,the Tianmenshan core area and the Longhushan scenic spots,all of which are mainly distributed in Shawan Village.Gongdian Village,Longhu Village,Shangqing Village,Quanyuan Village and other southern towns and villages in Longhushan Scenic Area,with strict protection in the core protection zone,prohibiting any activities that damage the ecological environment;key protected areas occupy the entire natural ecological space.42.40%,with an area of 3451.76 hectares,distributed in the Shangqing Township Shangqing Qinglin Forest Farm,Niwan Village,Quanyuan Village,Shawan Village,Longhushan Town Yuanli Forest Farm,Yutang Village Shujia Village,etc.Adopting time-lapse management that is timely and appropriate,implementing partial-blocking management and protection,and strictly controlling the scale and utilization intensity of construction projects in the area,Other development activities are prohibited outside the tending management activities with high ecological system stability and ecological function improvement;the general area is 1418.13 hectares,and the whole natural ecological space is 17.41%.It is in Quanyuan Village and Longhushan Town of Shangqing Town.The distribution of Yutang Village is relatively concentrated.It is scattered inTongqiao Village and Niwan Village in Shangqing Town.A small number of management and service facilities can be arranged in the general area to conduct appropriate resource utilization. |
