| With the continuous deepening of the structural reform of the supply side,China’s economic development has changed from high-speed growth to high-quality development,which has caused fluctuations in the prices of upstream industrial raw materials and the improvement of the regulation mechanism of the downstream real estate industry.How does JT Group undertake the historical responsibility of Shanxi’s economic transformation and development,and complete the mixed ownership reform of market-oriented operation in the trend of increasingly competitive industry and the continuous low profit rate of the industry,in order to achieve“bigger and better construction industry”The most important condition of the great goal is to have good business performance.In view of this,this paper selects the influencing factors of JT Group’s business performance as the research object,and implements the differentiated development strategy and effective reform measures for these important factors.Finally,based on this,some suggestions are made.This paper attempts to expand the existing literature from the following two aspects: First,considering the urgency of Shanxi’s economic structure transformation and the needs of the actual development of JT Group,this paper builds multiple based on industry development trends and JT Group’s operating data.Linear regression model to comprehensively analyze the influencing factors of JT Group’s operating performance.Secondly,the research on business performance focuses on the macroeconomic and industry-level practical considerations.This paper attempts to analyze from a more micro-level enterprise level and explore the factors affecting JT Group’s operating performance and its differences in more detail.And then play a complementary role on the basis of verifying the existing conclusions.The research ideas of the full text are centered on the following main lines of logic: First,after introducing the research background,the meaningof the topic,the purpose of the research and the innovation,the technical road map of the full text is given;then,the construction enterprise is operated.The research trends of performance and its influencing factors and the research dynamics of the business performance theory of construction enterprises have been reviewed and summarized in the literature as the starting point of the theoretical basis and empirical analysis of this paper.The JT Group is elaborated again.Based on the four major aspects of solvency,operational capability,development capability and management capability,the paper discusses the impact of various factors on JT Group’s operating performance from the perspective of theoretical research;On the basis of this,this paper selects 24 listed construction enterprises and intercepts the time span of2008-2017 as a sample of empirical analysis,constructs a multiple linear regression model with profitability indicators as the explained variables;finally,based on the regression conclusion,combined with JT Group put forward targeted policy recommendations for actual business conditions.After normative analysis and empirical analysis,the paper draws the following research conclusions and proposes reference policy recommendations:(1)The operational capacity has the greatest impact on the operating performance of construction enterprises and the effect is significant;for this reason,the investment financing mechanism is improved and the operating income is increased.Increasing the total asset turnover rate has become a necessary path.(2)Capital structure will have a significant impact on JT Group’s operating performance;then it is particularly important to optimize corporate capital structure and strengthen internal financial management to reduce asset and liability levels.(3)The reform of mixed ownership will have a positive effect on the business performance of JT Group;therefore,actively introduce strategic investors and promote the reform of shareholding system to promote the improvement of business performance.(4)The scale of the enterprise is also an important factor restricting the improvement of JT Group’s operating performance;therefore,implementing a diversified development strategy,expanding the scale ofbusiness operations,and expanding the scope of business operations have become the future development trend. |
