Research On China's Nuclear Power Development Policy In The Context Of Energy Revolution

In June 2014,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward China's strategic thinking on energy development at the sixth meeting of the Central Financial and Economic Leading Group,It points out the general direction and general trend of China's energy development from the deep level,And provide ideological support for the top level design,law making and policy making of China's next energy reform.General Secretary Xi Jinping's energy strategy of "four revolutions and one cooperation" refers specifically to"energy consumption revolution,energy supply revolution,energy technology revolution,energy system revolution and all-round international cooperation".The energy consumption revolution and the energy supply revolution are the important "two wings"of strategic thinking,while the energy technology revolution is the core driving force,the energy system revolution is the core foundation of strategic thinking,and international cooperation is the core mode of strategic thinking.This strategic idea points out the direction and goal for China's energy transformation and development.Under the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping's strategic thinking on the energy revolution,a new round of energy revolution has emerged in China's energy practice,and it is moving in the direction of "four modernizations":diversification of energy supply and demand,clean energy structure,integration of energy systems,and networking of energy operations.It is proposed that the direction of development of nuclear power in China is toward the development of ecological nuclear power.After analyzing the current situation of nuclear power development in the world and China's nuclear power development,this paper analyzes the nature and meaning of the energy revolution in the new era and puts forward five opportunities for the development of nuclear power in China.At the same time,there are five problems in the development of nuclear power in China.Finally,the conclusion of nuclear power development in China is put forward.That is,in the context of accelerating the construction of ecological civilization in China,carrying out research on ecological nuclear power has an important practical significance for respecting nature,adapting to nature,maintaining nature,and developing in harmony with nature and building a beautiful China.Promoting nuclear power projects with the concept of ecology is the latest understanding and deepening of the nuclear power industry's development philosophy.It is an important manifestation of the high-quality development of nuclear power.Ecological nuclear power is based on the existing green,low-carbon,clean and efficient nuclear power,and the simple ecological concept of green nuclear power has further integrated environmental concepts and humanistic concepts.It is a process of dynamic development and coordinated promotion of nuclear power development and environmental protection,the inheritance of human civilization,and economic coupling.Therefore,the core of ecological nuclear power is to pay attention to the interaction and coordinated advancement between nuclear power and the natural environment-social environment-economic development.
