| Electricity,as an important basic industry of the country,provides a powerful driving force for the steady and rapid development of the economy and society of the country.It plays an important role in improving people’s lives.With the expansion of the power grid,the huge data interaction in the power monitoring system and the continuous access of intelligent terminals have brought severe security threats the power monitoring system.Most of the existing power monitoring system security solutions focus on safety protection and detection.But these methods of the power monitoring system can meet the requirements of the power monitoring system under the new form no longer.Therefore,this thesis analyzes the power monitoring system security and introduces security situation awareness into the power monitoring system.It conducts in-depth analysis and research on the security situation awareness of power monitoring system.The main work includes the following aspects:(1)A method for constructing an index system for the security situation assessment of power monitoring systems is proposed.Analyze the influencing factors of power monitoring system security,and extract candidate indicators from various aspects of security factors.SVMRFE is used to rank the relevance of candidate indicators,and the Pearson correlation coefficient is used to analyze the redundancy between the candidate indicators.Finally,a highquality indicator is selected to establish an indicator system for the security situation assessment of the power monitoring system.Experimental results show that the method can build a highquality evaluation index system to provide an analysis basis for the subsequent real-time security situational awareness of the power monitoring system.(2)A security situation assessment method based on support vector regression hierarchical analysis is proposed.Drawing on the existing security situation layered analysis framework and combining it with the SVR evaluation model currently used for evaluation in other fields.The SVR evaluation model is used to first evaluate the Security of the equipment,and then calculate the Security situation of all equipment to the overall power monitoring system.This method can accurately assess the security situation of the power monitoring system.It solves the problems of the strong subjectivity of the existing evaluation methods such as analytic hierarchy analysis and fuzzy evaluation,and the low accuracy of the machine learning evaluation method.(3)A method of equipment safety situation prediction based on GRU is proposed.Apply the GRU model to safety situation prediction,and use the time series-based Security situation evaluation value and equipment evaluation index data to predict the future situation of the equipment.The experimental results show that the prediction model has a small absolute error and a relatively high accuracy,which can provide strong support for timely response to the Security problems of power monitoring systems.In summary,this thesis has conducted in-depth research on the security situation awareness of power monitoring system.A power monitoring system security situation indicator system based on the security problems in the power monitoring system was constructed.After,the security situation evaluation method based on hierarchical analysis of support vector regression model and the equipment situation prediction method based on GRU was proposed.Finally,through a series of simulation experiments and the design and implementation of prototype system to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method. |
