Energy conservation and emission reduction is the only way for China’s transformation and development and it’s also the subject of eternal research for power generation companies.For thermal power generation enterprises,the annual utilization hours are reduced year by year and the unit is running at partial load for a long time.Energy saving and mission reduction is not only urgent but also has great potential,especially in the matching between auxiliary machines and main engines.In this paper,the problem that the power consumption of the unit is large and the efficiency of the whole machine is low is caused by the deviation of the running state of the pump from the optimal working area.The author carried out research on optimization analysis and transformation of Xuanhua thermoelectric heating network circulating pump drive.This paper takes the heat network circulating pump of two 330MW double-suction heating units of Hebei Jiantou Xuanhua Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.as the research object.Applying the theory of total energy system theory,combined with the steam-water distribution equation,the energy consumption calculation and thermal economic analysis method for the variable working condition of the heating unit are given.The driving method of the pump was compared.When the power of the pump is low,the motor should be used,and vice versa.Condensed small steam turbines have unique advantages for three types of small steam turbine driving methods:back pressure type,back pressure extraction type and condensing type.According to the actual situation of Xuanhua thermoelectric heating network,a 2000kW ultra-low pressure steam turbine is used to drive a 2000kW hot network circulating water pump without adding a current boiler and main steam engine,and a new hydrophobic pump is added.Economic analysis shows that the investment recovery period of the renovation is 2.9 heating periods.In order to judge the results of the transformation,the test was carried out under the conditions of 220 MW load and heating steam extraction of 230 t/h and 250 t/h with reference to relevant national standards and specifications.The results verify the feasibility and economy of the condensing small steam turbine drive.At the same time,through the analysis of test data,the recommended parameters for the operation of the heating network are proposed to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the heating network system.
