Hydraulic transmission and control technology play an important role in industrial development.The development of hydraulic components and the improvement of production level have a great significance to promote the development of hydraulic transmission technology and accelerate the pace of industrial development.China's hydraulic component manufacturing level compared with foreign countries is at a backward level.Studying the construction of digital workshops for hydraulic components manufacturing and promoting the intelligent development of hydraulic component manufacturing technology have important means to improve the production level of hydraulic component manufacturing in China.In the research of the digital workshop of hydraulic component manufacturing,the problem of station material distribution is a key issue to be studied in the workshop production line.With the acceleration of global economic integration and increasingly fierce competition,the manufacturing level of manufacturing workshops has become the key to the ability of enterprises to adapt to the market and to compete in the international market.The material distribution efficiency of digital production workshops directly determines the production of enterprises.The level of efficiency is an important way to solve the current lack of competitiveness of the manufacturing enterprise workshop in the international market.Therefore,it is especially important for the digital workshops of hydraulic manufacturing enterprises to optimize the storage and distribution paths of their materials according to the characteristics of their workshop facilities and production processes.The optimization of material storage and distribution routes in the production workshop is of great significance for improving the international competitiveness of the hydraulic component manufacturing industry.In this context,this paper takes Anhui BY high-end hydraulic component manufacturing enterprise as the research object,and aims at the goal of real-time distribution in its digital workshop,from the perspective of production logistics to the material storage of the intelligent storage area and the material distribution of the processing workshop.In the material distribution business of digital workshops,there are many factors to be considered in the problem of distribution vehicle scheduling,which has a great impact on enterprises to improve production efficiency,reduce logistics costs and increase economic benefits.At the same time,due to the consistency and balance of the production line,the workshop has high requirements for the material distribution level,and the time factor is particularly important in the distribution process.Therefore,this paper considers the macro of the digital workshop and focuses on the logistics routing problem with time window constraints.According to the characteristics of small batch and multi-batch distribution of materials in the processing of hydraulic pump products,the material distribution model with time window and integration with time window and delivery is considered and designed with the workshop processing station as the center.The corresponding genetic algorithm is solved by MATLAB software.The results of the research are applied to the actual situation of enterprises,which is of great significance to improve the production efficiency of enterprises and the development level of hydraulic components.
