| Operation ticket system is an important measure to prevent the wrong operation of relevant staff and ensure the safety of equipment and personal safety in the power system.With the advent of the era of big data,the current operating ticket system generally has the defects of low efficiency,poor expansibility,and insufficient universality,which cannot meet the requirements of the current smart grid.Therefore,it is of great research value to design a system to assist field operators in intelligently generating the required operation tickets.This paper studies the intelligent operating ticket expert system,aiming at improving the intelligence,reliability and versatility of the operating ticket system.System development platform for Neatbeans IDE,pgAdmin Ⅲ for database,Jess as expert system development tool,using modular design method to design the overall system structure.The fact base and rule base in the expert system are designed in Jess language format.The fact base mainly includes basic facts of electrical equipment and intermediate facts generated in the process of invoicing.The rule base mainly takes invoicing rules and error prevention rules as the core.The invoicing module provides three flexible invoicing methods: automatic invoicing,manual invoicing and invocation invoicing.In the process of task setting,the expert system module ensures the correctness of task content.The system also realizes the extended maintenance and operation ticket management of the fact base and rule base in the knowledge base.In the part of reasoning machine,the system adopts forward reasoning matching algorithm Rete network algorithm as its core reasoning mechanism.Jess rules engine is embedded into Java program by means of mixed programming of Jess and Java to realize the interaction between system kernel and shell.User operation management module,this article adopts a simple and friendly design method to facilitate user operation and use.Finally,this paper describes the application of each module of the system in detail through the single busbar segmented electrical wiring system as an example,which is safe and reliable in the process of system operation,with good intelligence,reliability and versatility. |
