Flexible production lines occupy an increasingly important position in the production and assembly of modern industry.The core of flexible production technology is to build a knowledge base and a case base.The expert system is a system program that can solve practical problems like an expert in a certain field.The integration of manufacturing and information technology is imperative.Establishing an assembly process knowledge base to support intelligent and automated assembly process design has become an urgent need for diesel engine manufacturers.Based on the development trend of assembly process planning,this paper presents the application of rule-based reasoning technology in assembly process platform.The case-based reasoning technology is based on the facts obtained through past acquisition and experimental acquisition.Cases solve current problems;rule-based reasoning techniques are based on summarizing expert experience and simulating experts to solve current problems.This paper collects the data of each part of the diesel engine assembly process by remote monitoring to form the assembly inspection database.Based on the database,the RBR and CBR are integrated,and the model is built by the ontology,and finally the diesel engine assembly process expert system platform is constructed.This platform can make the assembly process reasoning design change from the traditional closed query design to the query design,which helps the designer to cope with the problems in time,and has important research value for improving assembly reliability,shortening assembly time and improving assembly process.Rule-based reasoning generally includes three parts:summary,management and reasoning.The summary of rules is the core and research focus of rule-based reasoning technology.This paper uses the advantage of ontology language OWL to build diesel engine assembly model through ontology modeling tool protege5.2.By means of the assembly inspection database,the approximate distribution type of the data is determined by the membership function of the fuzzy algorithm,and finally a new assembly inspection sample library is formed.The Apriori algorithm in R is used to find the rule association between the sample libraries,and finally the assembly for rule reasoning is formed.Process rule library.With the advancement of technology,there are many types of shells for rule-based expert systems used today.This article uses JESS to develop assembly process expert systems.JESS is an expert system development tool developed on the basis of Clips.It is a rule engine written in Java.Using JESS developed expert system,portability and scalability are very good,and reasoning efficiency is high.
