Firstly,the article analyzes application demand and operation characteristics of pumped storage power station,and then the application demand and technical characteristics of pumped storage power station are analyzed according to its characteristics.New materials are applied to Core Laminates of key components,taking full account of the influence of inrush current and restraining it.In the subsequent structural design,the electric field of the main insulation structure is analyzed,and the cumulative effect caused by frequent strong electric excitation caused by inrush current is solved.The leakage lagnetic field of transformer is calculated and analyzed.The short-circuit mechanical force caused by inrush current is fully restrained and the mechanical strength of the transformer withstanding short-circuit force is improved by improving the structure of coil arrangement and body filling mode.At the same time,in the process of magnetic field calculation,the low-voltage shielding leakage has been improved to prevent local overheating of transformer.This paper is divided into three parts.In the first part,the development status of pumped storage transformer in China is summarized.The theoretical knowledge of electromagnetic field,finite element analysis method and applied calculation software are introduced in detail.Through these introductions,the main work to be completed in this paper is elaborated.The second part analyses and introduces the causes of excitation inrush of pumped storage transformer,and the harm of excitation inrush to pumped storage transformer,expounds the viewpoint of this paper and the necessity of work.The third part is mainly about the calculation method of electric and magnetic fields.fFhe boundary conditions of each part of the pumped storage transformer are given according to its different materials and structures.Finally,the distribution results of electric,magnetic and force fields are obtained,which provides a more intuitive analysis of the structural optimization effect of the pumped storage transformer.In this paper,the software Magnet and Elecnet are used to analyze the internal distribution of electric and magnetic fields in the pumped storage transformer.Finally,the distribution of electric and magnetic fields before and after structural optimization is obtained.It is of great reference value to the optimization design of ultimately weakening the effect of inrush current.
