Commercial stands come in many different shapes and forms,and the logistics environment they face is also complex.The irregular form of the stands and the damage caused by the logistics make the enterprise bear the excessive packaging and logistics cost,and the transportation packaging problem of the stand needs to be solved urgently.The packaging solutions for commercial stands(T,WF and TL)are studied,as follows:(1)By studying the different characteristics of stands,the separation limits of the main body and the cover plate of the stand,the stacking mode of the stand were determined.The kinetic research direction and logistics parameters were determined by studying the environmental conditions of the circulation and the possible damage patterns of the products.Based on pallet load research,it was obvious the layout problem and fastening technology were the difficulties.The fastening technology category was selected and the layout research-individual design-assembly optimization technical route was determined..(2)According to the actual performance constraints,the three-dimensional layout problem of stands was transformed into a two-dimensional problem.On the basis of the location of layout points and the order rule of blocks,the genetic algorithm was used to find out the layout solution.Through the multi-factor calculation and analysis of the key parameters(pallet size,packaging thickness and stand size),the relationships affecting the layout were fitted.The data mutation characteristics provided data support for pre-user designed products and post-package designs.(3)The anti-dumping principle of the stand was studied,and the safety angles in different directions were calculated,which provided a theoretical basis for the research of the wedge fastening technology of the main body of the stand.The packaging corrugated box of the cover plate was designed and checked,and the elastic modulus of the cardboard was tested,which provided a data source for finite element simulation.The bundled mechanical equations of the cover plate were established.The stress,deformation and acceleration response characteristics of five restraint modes under the three vibration levels of ASTM were simulated by finite element method.(4)SolidWorks simplified modeling and ANSYS simulation analysis of assembly packaging verified the reliability and safety.ANSYS Workbench was used to simulate the kinetic response characteristics of the deformation,stress and strain of the package under the falling and random vibration logistics environment.The packaging solution and standardization content were studied by the optimization scheme of the rod proposed,and the packaging standard specifications of the stands were written.
