Study On The Basic Features And Renewal Design Of Jiangsu Urban Historic District

In the past 30 years,the historical blocks in Jiangsu have undergone a series of changes in renewal and protection,from the initial large-scale demolition and construction to the progressive improvement,transformation and reuse of the stock of redesign and construction.After980,the state began to build the system of historic and cultural cities and special funds for the protection of historic and cultural blocks,which promoted the local protection and renewal of historic blocks.Although all parts of Jiangsu have accumulated rich experience in theoretical protection and related policies,some problems have been found through investigation and analysis of relevant policy documents,especially in the implementation and design methods of block renewal.And the situation of some existing historical blocks is not optimistic.The purpose of studying the current situation of the renewal of these historical blocks and analyzing the problems in their renewal design is to find out some rules of renewal design,further discuss the renewal design methods of architectural heritage in the protection and renewal of historical blocks from the perspective of typology,and summarize the planning principles and methods of the renewal design of historical blocks,so as to improve the protection and renewal of historical blocks in Jiangsu in the future.Good reference.Taking 13 cities such as Suzhou,Wuxi,Nantong,Taizhou,Yangzhou and Zhenjiang as the research scope,this paper adopts the methods of field investigation,resident visits,drawing of historical street elevation and sorting out planning documents,focusing on the analysis of the changes of spatial form,architectural style and block environment of each historical block in Jiangsu,including the comparison of plane texture and the relationship between elevation and base of the building.The skyline of the building,the size of the street section and the facilities of the block are sorted out.The basic features of the renewal of southern,central and Northern Jiangsu are summarized through the comparative analysis of the typology and morphology of the actual data.This paper probes into the problems existing in the design methods of the renewal of historical blocks in Jiangsu,and puts forward a new design method for the renewal design of historical blocks in Jiangsu in the future.Let each historical district combine with its unique regional culture,and make the intangible cultural heritage in the historical district complement the ancient streets and lanes.In the future,the historical blocks in Jiangsu not only keep the regional characteristics in the organic renewal of the physical form,but also keep in line with the modern life in the cultural life of the blocks,which keeps the blocks fresh and vigorous forever.
