Research On Tourism-oriented Beautiful Rural Planning

In the context of the implementation of rural revitalization strategy proposed at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,to transform villages rich in tourism resources into tourism-oriented beautiful villages conforms to the requirement of combining industry with ecological environment in the new era.However,the development of tourism-oriented beautiful villages in China is not mature and there are insufficient theories and practical research.Besides,the construction instructions cannot fit into the basic situations of all types of villages,leading to a big gap between the effect of rural tourism planning and its implementation.This research aims to explore how to construct tourism-based beautiful villages,study planning contents and methods and figure out planning theories that can solve existing problems in the construction of tourism-oriented beautiful villages and further improve rural revitalization.Through the research,it is concluded that overall planning and function division of villages should be confirmed first;then regional characteristic culture should be deeply explored,extracted and processed to form a complete featured tourism industry;villagers should be guided to develop resources in a scientific way and promote rural economic development through tourism industry.Besides,a development mode of "1+N",namely,one core tourism project and multiple supporting facilities,can be adopted to realize diversified industry model and rural industry booming.In view of above theoretical research and experience summary,planning for the construction of beautiful Shuiping Village in Jinzhai County is carried out.First of all,infrastructure,rural industry and tourism resources in Shuiping Village are investigated and evaluated.It is pointed out that the poor industrial planning of Shuiping Village has hindered the development of rural economy.Although there are rich tourism resources with great development potential in the village,there is no high-quality featured tourism project.Secondly,after in-depth analysis and scientific planning,Shuiping Village is divided into "one core zone,one belt and four areas".In terms of industry,green tea and guesthouse are its characteristics.With regard to pleasant living environment,old folk houses are renovated and passive houses are built,so that rural spaces can be comfortable and environmentally friendly.In this way,it is expected that Shuiping Village can be transformed into a comprehensive beautiful tourism-oriented village featured by agricultural culture,tea culture and guesthouse.Taking Shuiping Village for an example,theories can be linked with practice,and the practice will provide reference for the construction of beautiful tourism-oriented villages and the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
