| With the rapid development of social economy and people’s increasing attention to their health,biochemical examination has been widely applied in routine physical examination,disease screening and diagnosis.Recently,the development of point-of-care Testing(POCT)technology has been greatly promoted as a positive response to implementation and establishment the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,which was proposed in the reform of China’s medical and health system to resolve the problems in allocation of medical resources,such as high cost,time consuming and resource strain of level-A public hospitals.This paper is under the background,and developed a portable and sensitive blood serum test system using absorption photometry and pump-free microfluidic technology against conventional biochemical analyser to achieve simple operation,real-time,multi-parameter and low cost test.The main research works of this paper are as follows: 1.Design and process miniaturized,integrated and pump-free microfluidic chips through theoretical research,AutoCAD software,exploration of microfluidic channel hydrophilicity scheme and so on.The microfluidic chip has to meet the requirement that can be able to control the flow of liquid in the micro-channel without the help of external complex syringe pumps or injection valves.2.Design and test the software and hardware systems of our biochemical detection device,which is mainly consisted of optical detection module,circuit control module,communication module and programming.The optical detection module includes the selection of light source and design of light path.Circuit control module contains power supply,microcontroller,signal acquisition,processing,communication,storage and the printed circu it board (PCB).C language is used for programming which can control the system to enter or exit standby mode to achieve minimum power consumption.3.Design and process the package of the miniaturized biochemical detection device.All modules involved in the system are integrated into a portable box to protect each module,isolate the interference of external ambient light and ease the operation for users.4.Biochemical test and clinical verification are conducted on our system.The standard curves of all items for the system are established by using medical standard liquid,and then conduct the matrix effect and clinical validation tests. |
