With the development of information management technology in the new era,BIM technology(Building Information Modeling),a new management mode in the field of architecture,has been ushered in.The Hunan NO.3 Engineering Co.,LTD(Subordinate to Hunan Construction Industry Group,hereinafter referred to as Hunan SanJian)as a building enterprise in Hunan province,actively introduces BIM technology and the successful application is in the actual production management process.Via the characteristics of virtual buildings entity by digital information,BIM technology apply to the life cycle management of construction industry.It can improve the core competitiveness of construction enterprises;Promoting management innovation and technological innovation of enterprises;Promoting the informationization and fine management of the project;Let the construction industry enter the era of digital management.This paper is based on the practical application of BIM technology in Hunan Sanjian,using the methods of literature to sort out the research at home and abroad and the case analysis method is used to illustrate the actual achievements of Hunan SanJian in the application of BIM technology in production management.Guided by information management theory,lean management theory and production management theory,the theory is linked with the reality,and the current development dilemma of the application of BIM technology in Hunan Sanjian is analyzed.It is pointed out that the major problems are understanding dilemma,management dilemma,development dilemma and insufficient comprehensive application of current BIM technology application of Hunan Sanjian.Based on the reforms and developments of Hunan Sanjian,combined with the actual trend of domestic BIM technology development,it is believed that Hunan Sanjian should focus on improving the production management system of BIM center,optimizing the construction of BIM workstations in the project department,research and management application of strengthening BIM technology,implement the guarantee of BIM technology optimization and other aspects to optimize the application of BIM technology and achieve better production results.
