Compared with the traditional construction mode, the assembled building has the characteristics of low energy consumption, short construction period and strong operability, which conforms to the sustainable development strategy of our country, and is more conducive to the realization of a green,pollution-free market development environment. However, due to the lack of technical level and other limitations,it has not been developed and strengthened. With the vigorous support of the national policy,I believe that there will be a large market share in the near future. However, there are relatively few studies on seismic performance of assembled building structures. Therefore,it is necessary to study the seismic performance and reinforcement measures of the assembled frame-shear wall structure. The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows.(1)In the aspect of component research,a PC member and RC member model of shear wall with frame is established by using ABAQUS,a large-scale finite element software, and static analysis of monotonic horizontal load and reciprocating horizontal load under constant pressure is carried out.The load-displacement curve, skeleton curve, stiffness degradation, energy dissipation, ductility and other aspects are compared and analyzed. In addition to energy consumption,cast-in-place is superior to assembled ones, and the difference between assembled and cast-in-place is less than 10%.However,the energy consumption of assembled components is better than that of cast-in-place components.(2)In the aspect of overall analysis,Yingjianke software with assembled modelling plates is used to build the overall model and imported SAP2000 for analysis. The time history analysis of Seven-degree frequent earthquakes and elastic-plastic analysis of rare earthquakes are carried out for the two models.Through comparative analysis,it is found that the assembled frame-shear wall structure and cast-in-situ frame-shear wall structure have basically the same seismic performance under 7-degree frequent earthquakes. When rare earthquakes occur, the interlayer displacement angles of both of them do not exceed the limit of the code. The seismic capacity meets the requirements of the Code.(3)In the reinforcement research, the theoretical knowledge of seismic analysis and the selection of reinforcement schemes are introduced. Finally, the model is modeled by Yingjianke finite element software and the modal analysis is carried out by importing SAP2000.Four reinforcement schemes are set up and seismic waves are input for time-history analysis. Finally, through the calculation and comparison analysis, the shear wall reinforcement scheme has the best effect.
