Frame shear structure set the framework structure and shear wall structure advantages and common under vertical and horizontal load, with strong seismic ability and the ability to resist horizontal loads. This paper according to the frame shear structure own stress deformation characteristics and frame shear structure frame and shear wall collaborative working principle, the engineering example of the shear wall quantity change from few, by changing the process of optimal respectively established three-dimensional composite structure finite element analysis model, and according to the theoretical analysis of the three different shear wall under the arrangement, the calculated results have chosen arrangement of shear wall quantity optimal engineering example. In addition SATWE using finite element analysis software example of shear wall aseismatic optimization analysis, considering the layer displacement Angle and lower layer stiffness ratio, torsion cycle and translation cycle, the ratio of frame and shear wall resistive overturning moment and the ratio of building security and related data, and through the production of the form and the chart, illustrated the aseismic optimum analysis, obtains shear wall optimal layout and seismic analysis integrated optimization design, not only meet the seismic requirements, and tend to economic rationality.
