In recent years,the development of prefabricated buildings has received extensive attention in China.The prefabricated shear wall structures are often used in high-rise residential buildings,which mainly play a role of resisting horizontal shear forces in building structures.However,there is a big problem of rigidity in the seismic action of the fabricated shear wall structure,therefore,this paper presents an integrative prefabricated shear wall structure with beam shear wall and infilled wall,the filling wall plays an important role in improving the bearing capacity of the structure.In order to reduce the rigidity of the assembled shear wall,the wall is separated by water-repellent rock wool slabs around and inside the wall.Low carbon cold drawn wire mesh was laid on both sides of the fill wall and extended to a certain distance from the shear wall limb.In this paper,the aseismic performance of this kind of wall is analyzed and studied.The concrete analysis contents and results are as follows:1.In view of the seismic test of continuous beam shear wall has been completed in the literature,the finite element model of 2800 mm × 3190 mm ×200mm and axial compression ratio of 0.2 is established by finite element analysis software ABAQUS,and simulated under the action of low circumferential displacement load,The analysis results are in good agreement with the experimental results,and the validity of the model parameters is proved.2.Buildig finite element model of the Beam-connected shear wall had been tested in the relevant literature.The results of finite element analysis are in good agreement with the experimental results.The correctness of the model parameters and the validity of finite element simulation are proved.3.In this paper,three kinds of integrated assembly shear wall structures and the recommended model of the national standard atlas are designed through changing the distribution of the partition and the thickness of the partition.The structures have the same dimensions and reinforcement.The seismic properties of various models such as mechanical characteristics,failure forms,load-carrying capacity,energy dissipation capacity,stiffness characteristics and ductility are compared by using ABAQUS software.The analysis results show that the integrated assembly shear wall structure has high bearing capacity,good energy dissipation and ductility,and strong seismic resistance.4.The influence factors of seismic performance of integrated assembled shear wall structure are studied by changing the relevant parameters of shear wall model.A series of finite element models are established to study the influence of various factors on seismic behavior of shear wall members by changing the axial compression ratio of the top of shear wall,the concrete strength grade,the longitudinal reinforcement strength grade of wall limb,and the partition width of filled wall.The results show that the change of axial compression ratio has a great influence on the seismic performance of the structure.Increasing the axial compression ratio can significantly increase the horizontal shear capacity of shear walls,but reduce the ductility of the structure.The increase of strength grade of concrete can increase the bearing capacity of the structure,but it will also increase the brittleness of the structure.The ultimate bearing capacity and ultimate displacement of the member are increased by raising the strength grade of the steel bar,and the degradation of the shear wall bearing capacity is accelerated.5.According to the relevant standards and papers,the section bearing capacity of the integrated assembly shear wall structure is checked and compared with thefinite element simulation results to verify the accuracy of the simulation.This paper analyzes and compares the influence of various model parameters on the seismic performance of the components,summarizes and puts forward a reasonable seismic structure method,and presents an optimum seismic design scheme for the integrated assembly shear wall structure.
