As an important branch of China’s equipment manufacturing industry,the machinery manufacturing industry has made rapid development in recent years.China has become another big machinery manufacturing country after Japan,the United States,Germany and other large machinery manufacturing countries.By the end of 2018,the output value of the machinery manufacturing industry is expected to exceed 2 trillion yuan.However,due to the weak independent innovation,low concentration and lagging R&D level,the production scale of most of the domestic basic parts enterprises is small,the product performance is not high,and can not meet the requirements of high standards of the main engine,which seriously restricts the sustainable development of China’s machinery manufacturing industry.In order to solve the practical difficulties that restrict the development,the state has issued a series of measures to encourage and support the development of basic parts manufacturing,reversing the backward situation of the basic parts industry.Under the background of vigorously supporting and encouraging the development of key parts of machinery and the great demand for various kinds of precision machinery,as a large number of spare parts manufacturing enterprises,whether they want to promote their own development,so as to promote the progress of the social machinery manufacturing industry,they must base on their own reality and formulate a set of products.Scientific and reasonable market competition strategy.This paper takes the competitive strategy of SDDX watch company’s mechanical parts business as the research object,uses PEST analysis method,Porter’s five-force analysis model,value chain analysis method,SWOT matrix and other related theories to analyze the internal and external opportunities and threats of the enterprise,and uses AHP to construct the process of the company’s competitive strategy selection.Thus the company’s market competition strategy: fully exploit the advantages of the core competitiveness of enterprises,accelerate the implementation of local regional marketing strategy,actively explore high-end markets,encourage enterprises to independent R&D and innovation,adhere to both technology and quality,according to the new needs of consumer customization,enhance their own market competition Strength and expand market share.Taking the SDDX watch company’s market competition strategy formulation process as an example,this paper provides certain reference significance for most enterprises engaged in mechanical parts production in China,and makes due contributions to the promotion of the overall level of the machinery manufacturing industry.
