| Since the urbanization and housing commercialization in China,the demand for housing has gradually emerged.With the direction of energy saving,emission reduction and sustainable development becoming more and more explicit,the fabricated housing is being recommended to market by Chinese government.As one of the key cities in Beijing-Tianjin-and-Hebei region,Beijing is also recommending fabricated housing.Based on the low promotion of fabricated housing in Beijing,this paper studies the constraints and the measures that can be taken in the development of fabricated housing.It is of certain significance to help the Beijing Municipal Government formulate corresponding policies and promote the popularization of fabricated housing.Based on the present research situations at home and abroad,the related issues of the promotion and application of fabricated housing in Beijing are studied in the thesis.After combing the current situation of policies and projects of assembly housing development in Beijing and summarizing the main problems,the main factors that affect its promotion are obtained and classified.Subsequently,in view of the above elements,questionnaires are used to collect data on various types of people who may be familiar with fabricated housing in order to determine the main factors affecting the promotion of fabricated housing and to serve as the main research direction.After determining the main factors,the development history of fabricated housing in developed countries and regions at home and abroad,as well as the important experiences and excellent methods accumulated by them,can be used to provide countermeasures and suggestions for promoting fabricated housing in Beijing.In the research process,literature analysis method and questionnaire survey method are used,and statistical data method can help to analyze the survey data,which fully reflect the true thoughts of the respondents.When discussing the countermeasures,the generality and particularity of Beijing and other regions,which enhances the practicality of the countermeasures,are also to be considered. |
