Research On The Application Of Integrated Bathroom In Assembly Type Indemnificatory Housing

At present,with the increase of housing demand,the growth rate of the total number of migrant workers is declining year by year.Housing industrialization has become a trend of development in the industry.Assembled buildings and guaranteed housing have been vigorously promoted.At the same time,refined houses have been vigorously promoted by the state.In this environment,how to improve the quality of refined houses,conform to the development trend of housing industrialization and improve family interior decoration? Quality has become the motive of this study.This paper focuses on the application of integral bathroom in assembled affordable housing,which is of great significance to improve the residential environment and thedevelopment of housing industrialization.Through field visits and questionnaires,this paper investigates the use of toilets in residential buildings in China,and analyses the existing problems of domestic residential bathrooms from four aspects: design,construction,materials and maintenance,so as to get the development trend of bathrooms in China and put forward the idea of "overall design" of bathrooms.Toilet "integral design" is the concept of interior industrialization.Through integrated design,industrialized production and on-site installation and moulding,it is more advanced than traditional bathroom in design,technology,material,construction and maintenance.It can solve many problems existing in traditional bathroom of residential buildings.Assembled indemnificatory housing is a special project which is focused on by the state,aiming at improving the living environment of low-income families.Through the analysis of the relationship between the assembled affordable housing and the whole bathroom from three aspects of policy guidance,modular coordination and green building development requirements,it is concluded that the whole bathroom is feasible in the assembled affordable housing.In this paper,Changxindian Town,Fengtai District,Beijing,Zhangguozhuang Village shantytown conversion affordable housing project as an example,from the design,construction technology and economic aspects of analysis and research,in order to test the advantages of the overall bathroom in this project.Integral bathroom has many advantages and good application prospects,but because people are not familiar with the whole bathroom,and it has a certain degree of difficulty in the application of residential construction system in China,so we need tomake efforts in policy,business and other aspects to improve the current application trend and scope of the whole bathroom in China.
