Optimization Of Operation And Management Of Building Energy Saving Monitoring Enterprises

With the development of urbanization in our country,building energy consumption and building pollution seriously affect the natural ecological environment and residential environment of our country.While vigorously promoting the development of green building industry,China has also strengthened the monitoring of energy efficiency of green building.Energy-saving monitoring of third-party energy-saving monitoring enterprises has escorted the healthy development of green building industry in China.Because of the late start of building energy conservation in China,compared with developed countries in Europe and the United States,there are many problems in the operation and management of energy conservation monitoring enterprises.These problems restrict the healthy development of green building industry in China.Improving the level of operation and management and monitoring ability of energy conservation monitoring enterprises is the primary problem facing the improvement of building energy conservation monitoring enterprises.This paper introduces the characteristics,content,development process and current situation of building energy conservation monitoring enterprises.Through the preliminary collation of the data collected from relevant meetings and documents of building energy conservation supervision industry,interviews with various staff and experts,a series of common problems existing in China's building energy conservation monitoring enterprises are preliminarily sorted out,and then these problems are solved by using 4M1E management method from human,machine,material,method and environment.Five aspects are classified and summarized,and then the main problems existing in the operation and management of building energy conservation monitoring enterprises are found out and analyzed objectively and scientifically through questionnaires.Starting from the main problems affecting the operation and management of building energy-saving monitoring enterprises,this paper aims to analyze the results of J enterprise operation and management cases optimized in five aspects:on-line monitoring,real and efficient data;system improvement,enterprise management efficiency improvement;human resources optimization;information sharing,real-time tracking of monitoring results;enterprise market operation capability improvement,etc.This paper also points out the shortcomings of the optimization and improvement,and provides a basis for the optimization and improvement of building energy-saving monitoring enterprises.Combining with the comparison of J building energy-saving monitoring enterprise cases before and after optimization,this paper further improves the optimization path of building energy-saving monitoring enterprise:establishing professional training system and assessment system,optimizing human resources;using Internet of Things mobile detection technology to optimize site monitoring management;relying on big data to establish sharing information platform to optimize information sharing;optimizing enterprise management system,Improve the efficiency of enterprises,optimize the market operation ability and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
