| Electrical energy conservation and management optimization system in petrochemical enterprises is designed to monitor, measure, control and coordinate the equipments running in whole enterprise. Advanced energy-saving management techniques are adopted to optimize management structure and production status, so that centralized monitoring, power optimization and energy balance of electricity enterprise are realized.An Electrical energy conservation and management optimization system for Changling branch, Sinopec, China is designed and realized in this paper, which can complete the signals centralized monitoring such as the simulation capacity, switching capacity and the pulse signal volume of power plant and so on. Moreover, advanced intelligent optimization models are used to achieve refined management. This system increases the level of safe and stable operation, reduces operation and maintenance costs and improves economic efficiency.First of all, an Electrical energy conservation and management optimization system is developed. And a high-speed field bus real-time monitoring network aiming at bottom electrical equipments is designed to realize workshop level synergy control energy-saving. An open framework for enterprise electrical energy-saving integrated energy management control system and global optimization software platform is established. And for the existing plant harmonic pollution and reactive power compensation problems, research programs and technical route in harmonic dynamic control and dynamic compensation of reactive power are provided, so that distributed multi-node collaborative optimization reactive power compensation and harmonic pollution dynamically elimination in low-voltage side of distribution network of the company is achieved.Secondly, a set of enterprise-class integrated energy-saving electrical management system is developed. A power consumption rewards model introducing electricity forecasting and competition is proposed to monitor the electricity consumption of each unit and provide incentives based on power consumption. And a group strategy production planning model based on hierarchical optimization is established, which ensure the smallest unit of product consumption and achieve the optimization goal of maximizing corporate interests at the same time. Furthermore, a set of teams and groups intelligent management information software is designed for providing the decision-making for teams and groups fine management.Then, for the mass and dispersion of data after a long-running time in the petrochemical industry, special introduction of data fusion and data mining techniques for data processing is made. In the detailed study of the application of two technologies, the data fusion technology and data mining technology are introduced, which provide accurate historical data for the power consumption rewards model.Finally, object-oriented programming methodology and programming tools is used to achieve application support platform of electrical energy monitoring and management optimization system, which lays a solid foundation for the rapid and accurate access to business units to run real-time information. Data collection and communication, electricity and energy monitoring system, power consumption rewards model, production planning, intelligent report generation, operation ticket generation and other important software are deeply analyzed and investigated in this paper.The system has been in the safe operation in Changling branch, Sinopec, China, enduring the test of the various different operation conditions, which has been checked and accepted. Through the whole plant energy management, energy has been largely saved and achieved good social and economic benefits. |
