Energy-saving design and construction of the building is an important part in modernarchitecture. The utilization of renewable energy, as well as the development of energy-savingequipments, is the core of energy-saving building. The original design concept of the buildingaimed at the combination of green energy, energy management and energy-saving control.However, the finished energy-saving building cannot realize the original building constructionconcept. In this dissertation, the present situation of the energy-saving building in Hebut isanalyzed. The reverses design of electrical construction documents is finished. Moreover, theoptimization design is proposed aiming at the shortcomings of the existed building for higherenergy-saving and management.Firstly, electrical construction documents of the energy-saving building are redrawn in theway of reverse design. And the unreasonable lamps, sockets, wiring design in the originaldesigns are modified. Secondly, the renewable energies, which include the wind power andsolar photovoltaic power, are added in the optimized design. Besides, the energy managementand the smart grid technologies are also considered. So a comprehensive power supply systemis designed for the building, which includes wind power, solar photovoltaic power and the citypower grid. At the same time, the selection and installation for the main equipments are made.Thirdly, the method of load forecasting for the ground source heat pump system is studied.The multiple linear regression method is used. And the program for prediction achieves idealeffect. In addition, the control scheme of the ground source heat pump is redesigned forimproving the energy efficiency. Finally, the general scheme is presented based on energymanagement for the building. The design in this dissertation would be benefit for the development in the field ofenergy-saving building. |
