The smart grid is a new type of power grid that is based on the traditional power grid and integrates modern advanced sensor measurement technology,communication technology,information technology,computer technology and control technology.The smart grid has become an important measure for the world's major countries,especially developed countries,to cope with environmental changes and improve energy efficiency.China's smart grid industry has also maintained medium and high-speed growth in recent years.Under the "Belt and Road Initiative" initiative,smart grid has become an important topic of industrial international cooperation and international energy cooperation.These are of great significance for promoting China's smart grid enterprises to "go globar".This paper first analyzes the status quo of China's smart grid enterprises' "going out",and sorts out the development history,successful experience and main target countries of China's smart grid enterprises "going out",and focuses on PEST analysis.The external environment analysis of "going out" summarizes the main problems of"going out" of smart grid enterprises in China.Secondly,this paper compares the six modes of "going out" of smart grid enterprises in China,namely:product export,technical equipment and engineering contracting,technology and service export,overseas construction,platform enterprise alliance and capital platform integration.analysis.These six modes have different characteristics,and the different modes are affected by internal and external influences,and the influences of various environments are mutually restricted The main factors affecting the choice of "going out" mode for smart grid enterprises are the overall situation of "going out" target countries and the basic situation of smart enterprises in China;when smart grid enterprises choose "going out" mode,they should consider all aspects comprehensively.Factors,as well as development timing and other issues,finally determine the "going out" mode for different nodes.Next,the QSPM matrix is used to analyze the case of a "going out"model of a smart grid enterprise in Hangzhou.The best model for the enterprise is to invest overseas.
