With the steady advancement of the "One Belt,One Road" initiative and the successive introduction of a number of reform measures,the pace of "going out" of Chinese enterprises has further accelerated,and more and more Chinese construction companies have actively participated in overseas engineering construction and achieved remarkable results.At the same time,the way of project contracting is also constantly upgraded.The time span,uncertain factors and complexity of international engineering contracting business are increasing,and it is necessary to carry out risk management.In addition,the introduction of relevant international and domestic policies and regulations has further promoted the construction of overseas risk management for international engineering contracting companies.Therefore,it is necessary to use scientific methods and tools to identify the risks of the assessment projects for internal and external situations of international engineering contracting projects,and to determine the risk measures of international engineering contracting projects based on the results of risk analysis and the environment and their own resource conditions.Based on the common theory and method of risk management,this paper takes Project D、E、F、G of Company A as the analysis object,combines the development status of international engineering contracting business,adopts expert investigation method to identify project risk,and sort out the risk list of international engineering contracting project;then design the survey questionnaire by expert Score each risk point,collect the results of the questionnaire,use the Delphi method to empower,identify the major risks of the project,and use the TOPSIS method to evaluate and analyze the risk of the case project;finally,combine the actual development strategy of the enterprise and the market environment of the international engineering contracting business to propose corresponding risk response measures and suggestions.Through the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research,this paper constructs the risk assessment index system of international engineering contracting projects,and compares and analyzes the project risks in different regions,in order to provide a reference for the actual risk management of international engineering contracting projects.
