The Research On Relationship Between Campus Landscape And Space

At present,many colleges and universities are undergoing large-scale expansion,reconstruction and new construction,and the situation of campus landscape and spatial relationship have been improved a lot.The modern landscape theories like McHag’s Harmony between people and nature,Yu Kongjian’s Return to nature and Peng Yigang’s Life is beauty,play a guiding role in contemporary campus landscape construction.But such improvement fails to happen in some institutions.Therefore,the landscape construction of these institutions appears to be blunt and monotonous,not to mention the lack of sense of the times,art and history.This paper is to study the issues above.The first half of this paper focuses on the research purpose and significance of the subject,as well as the characteristics of the campus landscape and the rules of spatial composition.At the same time,it also analyzes the current research status at home and abroad.By analyzing the relationship between landscape and space,as well as the problems of landscape and history and culture,it sums up some regularities and provides reference for the future landscape construction of colleges and universities.On this basis and against this background,at last this research,taking the campus landscape planning and spatial composition of Henan Normal University as a case,carries on the dialectical materialism mathematical survey to the overall campus landscape planning,the campus road,as well as the spatial composition relations of the regional landscape of Henan Normal University,especially to the campus gate and the campus center square of Henan Normal University and carries on the field investigation and the survey to the campus center square and the road plan by making use of the knowledge of perspective,visual psychology,environmental psychology,visual mechanics,and studies vision with both logical thinking and image thinking.Using some survey data,the thesis demonstrates some scientific and visualrelations between the field area and the space composition of the central square of Henan Normal University.In particular,making use of multidisciplinary knowledge,the thesis affirms the campus center square is in line with the visual principles and space composition design methods and status of visual mechanics.On the other hand,it also points out that there are some problems in the whole space planning of Henan Normal University,especially in the space configuration of ground plane,and analyzes that,at present,the overall landscape and space condition of Henan Normal University has some problems such as campus history and culture,artistic aesthetic atmosphere,sculpture landscape facilities,unreasonable division of regional space and so on.In particular,vision is too traditional and backward in the design and composition of the ground plane form.This article has an opinion that there is little research on the way how to show the regional and artistic characteristics in contemporary university landscape design,although current landscape planning research has a scientific value system.The conclusion comes by landscape planning theory research and the case analysis of Henan Normal University,Based on this concept,some problems are found and summarized by using the knowledge of art design,environmental psychology and aesthetics etc in the research.Scientific rational thinking must be combined with perceptual image thinking and function must be equal to aesthetics.It is believed that it is the inevitable trend of contemporary university landscape development.
