Intelligent substation is an important foundation and support for a strong smart grid.It is the source and command execution unit for grid operation data scheduling and is an important part of the smart grid.The development of unprotected localized protection device technology has provided new ideas for the upgrading of intelligent transformer substation.The current factory and field test of the relay protection device of the intelligent substation is mainly carried out by using the digital relay protection tester.According to the debugging experience of the site,especially the debugging of the protection unit,the debugging for single-modulation of the protection device by using existing devices often requires the commissioning personnel to continuously set the soft pressure plate,control word and setting value for each type of protection on all protection devices of the whole station and also requires a series of modifications and settings such as fault amount and fault time on the relay protection tester.Since the physical form of the unprotected localized protection device has undergone fundamental changes,the existing testers are not suitable for the functional verification of the localized protection device.For the test results,it is still necessary that experienced technicians analyze comprehensively and then judge the functions of protection device actions,alarms and other information.They also need to test system whether effectively use the protection actions,alarms and other information,so that the protection test is less automated and intelligent.Thus the debugging process consumes a lot of manpower and time.To this end,this thesis combines the characteristics of the localization protection device to design the overall scheme of the localization protection detection platform.In-depth analysis of the testing functions of the localized protection devices is involved,based on the traditional testing technology and digital relay protection tester,carrying out the research on the automatic testing method of the localized protection device.At the same time,the intelligent analysis of test results is based on neural network algorithm.The main work of the thesis is as follows:The basic concepts,communication standards and secondary system architecture of intelligent substation are analyzed,and the concept and characteristics of the localized protection device are discussed.The differences between the debugging mode of the localized protection device and the debugging of the conventional protection device are compared.Based on the characteristics of “protection of localization,sampling digitization,information sharing,and component protection network”,the testing schemes of the localized protection device were designed from the factory use and portable directions.The designed factory testing platform includes simulation calculation module,primary modeling module,secondary modeling module and configuration file module;portable localized protection device testing platform which is applied in the field,is equipped with localized protection configuration management,one button Tests such as type testing,loop detection,and multi-mode interfaces can improve field testing and field test efficiency and enrich test items.This paper provides a detailed description of the functions that each module in the above solution should have.In the aspect of relay protection test technology,the shortcomings of traditional test technology are analyzed,and a testing method based on IEC 61850 standard is designed.The method integrates the protection test function and the station control layer function,combines the protection test model,the station control layer model and other technologies,enhances the station control layer client function by introducing the SCD file,establishes the protection model,and adds the relay protection device consistency detection and the like.The invention solves the problem that the testing of the relay protection device is complicated and time-consuming in the prior test,and the standard compatibility of the protection device is insufficient.On the basis of making full use of the harmonization of the IEC 61850 standard,the configuration of the model file and the "six unified" specifications of the State Grid Corporation,combined with the above-mentioned test method based on the IEC 61850 standard,a design is designed.An automated relay protection tester with automatic test function and automatic test results proves the practicability of the improved method.According to the relevant conditions of the experimental process,a scheme is proposed to further enhance the intelligent ability of the tester.In order to further improve the intelligent level of relay protection test technology,an intelligent analysis method for test results of relay protection tester based on neural network model is designed for the problem of lack of analysis of test results in automatic test technology.The method is based on the protection logic of the relay protection device,and selects a data type that conforms to the current test logic from parameters such as a soft pressure plate,a control word,a fixed value,and a sampled value,and establishes a data template for intelligent analysis of the logic test result.In this thesis,taking line protection as an example,according to the test results that,the fault types are divided into 11 types,and 972 sets of data are selected accordingly.The data training is carried out through the neural network training model,and the models under different errors are selected for data verification.The experimental results show that the method can basically complete the intelligent analysis of the test results,which improves the intelligence level of the automatic test technology to a certain extent.
