Nowadays,the development of grid structure in China is becoming more and more mature,the grid structure is more stable,the information transmission is more rapid,and the control method is more intelligent.Intelligent substation equipment in the data acquisition,control detection,intelligent regulation and other aspects of optimization,to achieve the intelligent station digital,networking,standardized development.At present,the unprotected local protection technology is used in conjunction with the intelligent equipment in the intelligent substation.It has the disadvantages of integrated design of instruments,complex parameter setting,time-consuming and laborious debugging,etc.At the same time,intelligent analysis and discrimination system running state is unstable,it needs to invest a lot of energy to debug.Based on the existing problems,this paper analyzes and studies the scheme of factory Automatic Test Platform,and discusses the application of automatic relay protection tester.Taking line protection as an example,this paper emphatically analyzes the working principle of partial line protection,defines the input and output of the protection logic of line protection.Selects the required parameters as the training samples,the machine algorithm is used to analyze the results intelligently and adjust parameters automatically.The main work of this thesis is as follows:The background and significance of the research,the development of substations,the status quo of intelligent substations relay protection automatic test technology and the development of local protection are summarized;This paper introduces three-layer equipment of secondary system,communication Network of secondary system,communication standard and local protection device of intelligent substation.The communication standard,basic concept and secondary system architecture of intelligent substation are described in detail;the concept and characteristics of local protection device are analyzed,and the protection principle of partial line protection is emphatically discussed according to its characteristics,the scheme of factory automatic test platform is designed.The design of the platform runs through the system modeling,simulation calculation,file configuration and other links,and designed the corresponding module.The functions of each module are described in detail.Based on IEC 61850 Communication Protocol,a more comprehensive protection test method is studied and introduced.This solves the problems of complex and time-consuming testing technology of relay protection devices and the lack of compatibility of protection device standards.Secondly,the test methods based on IEC 61850 standard are integrated,and the automatic test software of automatic relay protection tester is introduced and researched.In order to improve the intelligence level of automatic test technology,we use LightGBM and XGBoost algorithm to analyze the test results intelligently.In order to improve the intelligence level of automatic test technology,we use LightGBM and XGBoost algorithm to analyze the test results intelligently.Under the test logic of multiple protection logic,8 input state variables such as soft platen parameters and 10 different fault types such as zero sequence differential misoperation are defined as output results.Combining the input and output parameters,972 sets of data are selected to complete the sample data set,and the data is trained and verified by the LightGBM and XGBoost training models.The results show that the LightGBM training model can better judge the fault types of the test results,and improve the intelligent level of substation automatic test technology.
