Abstract/Summary:
Due to the waste of various resources,the problem of high energy-consuming in buildings has becoming increasingly severe with the rapid development of China’s economy.It is an important part of energy-saving management in intelligent building to achieve real-time acquisition,transmission and processing of energy-consuming data.Problems with traditional wired energy-consuming management systems,such as poor flexibility,high cost,troublesome wiring can be solved effectively thanks to the combination of emerging low power wide-area networks and energy-consuming management system of intelligent building.Therefore,researching and achieving the energy-consuming management system based on emerging low power wide-area networks is a significant trend for the development of energy-saving in intelligent buildings in the future.The overall architecture of the intelligent building energy-consuming management system based on a low power wide-area network,which is mainly consisted of a sensing layer,a transport layer,and an application layer,is first study in this paper.According to the design of the architecture,the hardware part of the energy-consuming management system mainly includes the acquisition gateway and the nodes of electricity and water data.While the acquisition node of energy consumption data is mainly composed of STM32L051 processor and the CC1125 chip which is used as to wireless radio frequency transceiver,a power module,a STM32F207 core processor,an Ethernet module,a GPRS module,a RF module,a GPS module,a RS485 interface module,a RTC module and an USB to serial port module constitute the acquisition gateway.Based on the design of the hardware,software development for energy-consuming management system is completed.The implement of gateway communication,server programs and communication protocol for emerging low power wide-area networks are also included in this paper.In the energy-consuming management system,the protocol of self-organizing wireless wide-area network is utilized to upload data to the server for the collection of energy consumption data and control requirements after completing data collection and wireless transceiving.In this paper,the construction of the energy-consuming management system based on low power wide-area networks is completed through the functional and stability tests on site.Experiments and results show that the system can collect energy consumption data and transmit energy consumption information to the server wirelessly in real time while achieving the expected design goals effectively.
