Research On The New Regional Expression In Interior Design Of Hostel Inn In Xiangxi

Under the background of supply-side structural reform,"design transformation" has become the requirement of the times,and passengers ’requirements for travel accommodation have become higher and higher.However,in such an era,there are still many designs that "leave the region" blindly chasing after the wind in the design of the Xianxi Hostel,and many "models" of simple restoration of regional elements have risen.The vitality of these unscrutinized homestay inns is very short.How can the quality be raised through the design to make Xiangxi homestay inns stand out in the market competition of the best and worst? It’s something we need to think about.The idea of new regionalism is a good breakthrough to solve the problem.Based on the new regionalism theory,this paper summarizes the new regionalism design technique of regional culture in the indoor space application of the hotel,combining with the excellent design examples of the hotel.That is,on the basis of paying attention to regional culture,it emphasizes the construction of the spirit of space scenes,which is different from the accumulation of traditional regional symbols.It also pays attention to the cultural essence behind the elements and translates and redesigns their cultural connotations.In addition,the concept of incorporating new technologies and new materials into the design advocated by the new regionalism can better meet the needs of modern people and reflect the inclusiveness of the design.Finally,based on the study of new regionalism,combined with the regional culture of xiangxi,the practice of interior space design project of home and home in santai mountain village in qianjiajie,Zhangjiajie was completed.Through the study of the new regional expression in interior design of xiangxi inn,this paper aims to explore the way to solve the design problem of xiangxi inn,so that xiangxi regional culture in indoor space application,there are more design possibilities.
