Research On The Division Of Construction Quota Projects For Prefabricated Concrete Buildings

As one of the pillar industries in China,the construction industry is a benign development.In China,the traditional cast-in-place construction method has many drawbacks,which is not in line with China’s current development needs.Today,the introduction of prefabricated buildings is the future development direction of China’s construction industry and the implementation of"conserving resource-saving and environment-friendly".The requirements of society bring new ideas,and prefabricated concrete buildings are the type of building that meets this requirement.However,based on the process reengineering of prefabricated buildings and the particularity of the manufacture of parts,the quotas associated with traditional building methods will no longer be fully suitable for prefabricated concrete buildings.Consideration should be given to the establishment of independent quotas to meet the future development needs of fabricated concrete buildings.Create market trading conditions.The establishment of the quota is closely related to the division of the fixed project.Based on this,this paper studies the division of the fixed project of the prefabricated concrete construction.In this paper,the composition of fabricated concrete structure is analyzed.Based on the analysis of fabricated concrete structure system,the characteristics and types of precast concrete members are given.The construction process of the prefabricated concrete structure is given from the aspects of design,component fabrication,on-site construction and node treatment.Compared with traditional building methods,the paper analyzes the consumption state of prefabricated concrete structures from the three dimensions of horizontal component and vertical component consumption,labor consumption and mechanical consumption,and provides data foundation for the division of quota projects.Based on the divergence analysis method,the root item of the precast project construction quota project is established.The variance analysis method is used to determine the factors affecting the continued division of the root sub-item.The matlab fitting toolbox is used to analyze the curve fitting of the quota project to define the sub-item sub-division.Scale,form a complete assembly of concrete structure construction quota project division process.
