Contemporary large-scale thermal power plants must be comprehensively considered in terms of energy, economy and environmental protection.Heavy-duty gas turbines and their combined cycle devices have obvious advantages such as lower investment costs, shorter construction period, higher power supply efficiency and less pollution emissions. As the core component of heavy-duty gas turbines, the calculation of compressor characteristics is a key part of the design of combined cycle power generation system.Because the characteristics of the compressor vary with its speed,it is very difficult to achieve accurate calculation. Therefore, the establishment of accurate compressor performance model has become an urgent need in both basic research and engineering applications.Since the characteristics of the compressor are difficult to obtain through experiments, the calculation method of the characteristics of the conventional compressor is calculated only by using the characteristic level characteristics inherent to the compressor, and the accuracy is not high.In order to accurately predict the characteristics of the axial compressor and analyze its stability under different intake conditions, this paper combines the theoretical calculation method with machine learning based on the actual operating data of the compressor of the thermoelectric company.Based on the one-dimensional flow theory, based on the one-dimensional flow theory, the data at the average radius of the compressor represents the average performance of the stage, and the performance of the different working conditions of the compressor is estimated by using the characteristic curve and the step-by-step calculation method;Combined with the actual gas turbine operating data measured by a thermoelectric company, the random forest regression method was used to calculate the characteristics of the compressor, and a more accurate calculation model of the compressor performance was established. On this basis, draw the general characteristic curve of the compressor and the surge boundary line;analyze the influence of the inlet adjustable guide vane angle, intake air temperature and relative humidity on the stability of the compressor. In this paper, the compressor performance under different working conditions is calculated to study the influence of different inlet guide vane angles and intake conditions on the stability of the compressor, thus providing theoretical basis and technical support for the stable and efficient operation of the compressor.
