Heavy-duty truck occupies an important role in the long distance freight. Driving onuneven road surface, the random vibration of heavy-duty vehicle not only makes people andgoods in a turbulence state for a long time, causes the damage of the goods, even the wear andtear of the body and parts, but also affects the driver’s physical and mental fatigue and causestraffic accidents frequently. In order to improve the ride comfort of heavy-duty vehicle, it ismeaningful in theoretical and has some practical value to do some key technology researchabout the random vibration of heavy-duty vehicle.As follows, this paper has given some related methods about the random vibration ofheavy-duty vehicle.(1)It describes the discrete structure, element analysis, overall analysis and the basictheory of constraint processing. We also call these as finite element idea and use it to buildvehicle vibration differential equation. It is simple and does not have to do some complexformula, and is a feasible method for establishing differential equation of the vehiclevibration.(2)This paper expounds the basic theory of pseudo-excitation method, points out thecharacteristics of the pseudo-excitation method, and applies it to random vibration analysis ofheavy-duty truck. So it expands the use of pseudo-excitation method in the aspect of theheavy-duty truck.(3)In order to verify the feasibility of modeling and simulation method, this paperdiscrete structure of automobile vibration structure, assemblies coefficient matrix of motiondifferential equation, and gives out vibration response. In this paper, I combine the modelingmethod and pseudo-excitation method, then carries on heavy-duty truck vibration analysis.The method of building heavy-duty truck vibration differential equation in this paper isso simple that, finding out every element type then we can assemble it according to theposition of element stiffness matrix and the damping matrix in all. According to constrainthandling method of forced displacement, we can establish the automobile vibrationdifferential equation. The theory is simple, and the method is feasible.
