Heavy duty gas turbine forward more stand-alone power and higher circulation efficiency,greater load fluctuation,wider stall margin and lower emission direction,higher efficiency and wider scope of work performance put forward higher requirements on the compressor blade should have value in engineering and academic research very high so the optimization design research of gas turbine compressor blades.The main contents of this paper are:(1)The research and optimization of gas turbine compressor blades target functions and related effects of the design parameters were determined;three-dimensional model of compressor blade is obtained by 3D scanning technology,the image processing to obtain the original blade.(2)Planning the compressor blade design process,in support of the software platform was built to optimize control parameters and leaf type;as the 22 key parameters selection,the selected leaf type in the optimization platform is optimized.(3)Comparative analysis of several performance optimization,leaf type and original leaf type,the validation results show that the efficiency improvements in conditions under the load are increased,leaf type is better than the original blade optimization of non operating conditions,is expected to achieve the basic purpose of optimization.
