Power grid investment is the basic condition to ensure the normal functions,such as power transmission,most optimum distribution of resources,energy conservation and emission reduction.At the same time,reasonable grid investment decision is where the shoe pinches to ensure benefits and realize the sustainable development.In China,the complicated natural environment,economic and cultural development are uneven.This leads to the development of the regional power grid facing the different internal and external environment.Power grid development presents the overall and local tension contradictory phenomenon,so it is difficult to make decision of the grid investment in different areas.In order to eliminate the influence of time and space difference,we need to improve the precision of power grid project investment decision and simplify the decision method in this paper.First,this paper introduces the basic definition of power grid investment from the aspects of definition,principle,content and elements,and determines the analytical method of the differentiated development demand of power grid from the macro direction and then making the investment decision of specific power grid projects.Second,sorting out the influencing factors of power grid investment,I can analyze the differentiated development demands of power grid in different regions from time and space,I can know the current situation and trend of power grid development in each region,and the situation analysis was carried out according to this.Meanwhile,it lay a foundation for the subsequent investment decisions of power grid projects.After that,the NPV method,which has been widely used in investment decision-making,was improved and the DNPV method was proposed.It not only retained the advantages of clear and concise calculation of NPV method,but also solved some disadvantages of NPV method,such as difficulty in adapting to long-term investment decision-making,which was quite practical.Finally,Tianjin eco-city smart power grid project is selected as a ease for empirical analysis of DNPV method.Through my thesis,I hope to provide some new ideas and methods for power grid investnent decisions.
