The design and manufacture of heavy-duty gas turbines is a concentrated expression of the comprehensive industrial strength of the country.Its rapid development is also an important measure for national energy conservation and emission reduction.As an important component,the fuel nozzle directly affects the atomization and dispersion effect of the fuel,the atomization particle size and the degree of uniformity,and thus affects the ignition,mixing,combustion and efficiency in the gas turbine combustion chamber,so that the combustion is timely and sufficient,and the pollution is low and low.Under the condition of large working range,it is proposed to design a three-fuel nozzle that can bun natural gas,light diesel oil and assist the supply of cracking gas for a heavy-duty gas turbine,and simulate and analyze its injection performance,and finally come to the end.Optimize the structure.The main research contents of this paper are:(1)For the working conditions of a gas turbine combustion chamber,a three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks was used to design a preliminary structure of a three-fuel nozzle that can bum natural gas,light diesel oil and cracked gas,and rationally arranged and designed each fuel.Independent supply.(2)Applying fluid dynamics analysis software FLUENT,the mesh model in ICEMCFD software is subjected to fluid analysis,and the three fuel injection performance simulations in the three fuel nozzles are completed,and the three flow field distribution maps and actual operation conditions are obtained.Conduct a comparative analysis to find out the shortcomings;(3)Firstly,through the parameter modification of the swirling angle and radial angle of the oblique gas hole of the natural gas flow path nozzle,the problem that the through-distance of the original flow field is too short and the recirculation area is poor is solved,and is optimized by a similar method.There is a problem that the recirculation area of the cracking gas flow path nozzle is incomplete.Then,the parameters of the nozzle taper angle and the length of the nozzle extension in the fuel flow nozzle are changed,and the problem that the spray cone angle is too small and the spray penetration distance is short is solved.Finally completed the structural design of the three fuel nozzles;...
