Small gas turbine has widely application in the field of military and civil products,especially under the background of the oil tense increasingly and serious environmental pollution,so the dual fuel engine is getting more and more application,the research of dual fuel combustor in domestic also received more and more attention.However,because of the technical requirements of small dual fuel combustor are tremendous,the papers about the research and design of Dual-Fuel nozzle integrated structure have not been published in domestic.So do some research of dual-fuel nozzle in the small combustion engine has extremely important meaning and value both in the fields of military and civilian.This paper is about the performance research and the structure exploration of a disassembled nozzle in a certain type of dual fuel gas turbine combustor,then use the numerical simulation to analyze the flow properties,atomization and combustion capability of the nozzle.Through the results of numerical simulation,we can see that because of the large gas flow rate,the mixing of gas and air is not ideal,which affected the combustion efficiency.Based on these situations,this paper designed two other dual fuel nozzles,through changing the structure of the gas passage and increasing guide vane.Compared the results of modified nozzle with the prototype,we can found that the mixing,atomization and combustion flow field of the modified nozzle is good,even some places are better than the prototype nozzle,especially the mixture of the gas and air.The contrast analyses show that the nozzle that retrofitted has advantages in the passage of gases.On the basis of the contrast analyses,the structure and characteristics of dual-fuel nozzle have been mastered,in order to explore the independent gas turbine dual-fuel nozzle structure.
