Working in a very severe condition but having High performance requirements,Heavy duty gas turbine(gas turbine)represents a country's comprehensive national strength and the development level of major technology.Its thermal efficiency increases with the increase of atomization effect of the fuel and the uniformity of the particle size,and nozzle of the combustion chamber is a key component to determine the flow rate,stability,concentration distribution and fineness and uniformity of atomization.Thus,the study on nozzle has huge significance in both theoretical research and engineering application.The main research content of this article are as follows:(1)The decision to choose double oil(relative to the simplex)nozzle for research is through comparing the combustion of wide range of stability.In this paper design the structure of the nozzle including the main oil and the deputy oil.Nozzle three-dimensional structure model is established;(2)The introduce of the structure design of the main and auxiliary circuit of the nozzle,parameter selection,theoretical calculation,component drawing and the describtion of simulation model.performance simulation of the model was carried out by FLUENT after grid division using ICEMCFD,the Angle 45 is the most optimization;(3)By changing the parameters such as nozzle model angle,nozzle length,nozzle Angle and injection pressure,simulation was carried out respectively to study the fuel nozzle fuel atomization results in various conditions and to obtain the best parameters of the combustion chamber after comprehensive analysis;(4)Gas turbine nozzle tester for preliminary planning,including the relevant performance parameters of introduction,brief explanation of the experiment device and experiment step.
