| In recent years,with the establishment of the global energy Internet,the Internet has become the necessary marketing channel for power supply enterprises,driven by the continuous reform of electric power,the continuous progress of science and technology,and the increasing demand of customers.The power marketing will open up a brand-new working mode in the future,and the "Internet+" power marketing service will make it more convenient.The more power customers experience,the convenience and speed of power management.In this paper,Yongning County power supply company as the research object,on the basis of electricity marketing theory,the Yongning County power supply company "Internet+power marketing" strategy for specific analysis and research.Starting with the general situation and marketing situation of Yongning County Power Supply Company,this paper studies the power marketing service of Yongning County Power Supply Company from many aspects by using SWOT analysis method and SERVQUAL evaluation lethod.It is found that the technical personnel have been in the state of rescue for a long time,the service process is disordered,the complaint handling process is not smooth,and the service support quality is not good.A series of problems,such as legal protection,low satisfaction of internal customers,slow response of demand,etc.Secondly,in view of the above problems,a number of power marketing service management innovation strategies are proposed,including customer-oriented to improve the quality of power products,reduce customer electricity costs and optimize product prices,improve customer convenience to create multiple service channels,strengthen customer communication to achieve all-round power sales prolotion,to achieve Yongning County power supply publicT he continuous development of the Department.Finally,the implementation analysis and application evaluation of "Internet+"power marketing strategy in Yongning County power supply company are described concretely,and the research on marketing system guarantee,sales service guarantee and information integration guarantee is completed,so as to implement the strategy of "Internet+"power marketing service for Yongning County power supply company.Based on the G1 weighting method,the weight of variables is determined,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is built to evaluate the implementation effect of marketing service strategy of Yongning County power supply company.Through the evaluation,we can see that in the new situation of power reform,the marketing strategy of Yongning County power company’s Internet+marketing is good.Good implementation effect will help to enhance the competitiveness of Yongning County power supply company. |
