In order to improve the level of building information and solve the problem of lack of information,it is necessary to integrate the new generation of information and building technology deeply,and update the application of intelligent technology.In the construction industry informatization development plan for 2016-2020,it is emphasized to comprehensively strengthen the informatization level of the construction industry and strengthen the application and integration ability of BIM and information technologies such as mobile,intelligent,physical,large and cloud.The concrete application of intelligent building in the construction stage is intelligent site,which is a new model of comprehensive management of engineering site.It makes full use of system integration and information technology to monitor and control factors of production in real time to achieve greener,safer and more efficient management of construction sites.This dissertation is based on the new research of WY Company in Shanghai on Internet+marketing model.First,from the macro and micro perspective of the basic concept of marketing,in-depth analysis of the enterprise’s market development,market environment,marketing and development status;Second,combined with the current market environment,SWOT mode is adopted to show the strengths and weaknesses,threats and opportunities that the company is facing now and in the future.Based on this,the relevant fields of the construction and construction of smart cities are divided.Finally,through the advantages and disadvantages of Shanghai WY Company and its own characteristics,to determine the company’s future development direction and market positioning.At the same time,I gave suggestions for the development of Shanghai WY Company,focusing on the operation of large and medium-sized customers in eastern and central China.Finally,the industry has developed a specialty product strategy,a pricing strategy based on customer demand,a channel strategy,a direct selling,tiered distribution and diversified promotion strategy of Shanghai WY Company,and has developed many measures to ensure the implementation of the marketing mix strategy of Shanghai WY Company.This is beneficial for the company to improve the level of marketing in the future,and has a certain benchmark value for the construction companies involved in the implementation of intelligent projects.Through the study of Shanghai WY company intelligent site related products marketing strategy,not only for the company’s intelligent site related products to provide a set of solutions,but also for the development of healthy industry and engaged in the intelligent market related manufacturers to provide a useful reference.
