| The rise and development of modern enterprise management concept,the reform of state-owned enterprises,and the increasing importance of human resource factors to the development of enterprises have gradually aroused enterprises’ attention to human resource management.In this paper,ZHES,a state-owned enterprise related to the nuclear industry,is selected as the research object to discuss the plan of human resource management in the next five years.Based on the theories and research methods related to strategic planning of human resources,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of ZHES company’s human resources through the review of ZHES company’s human resources documents and field research.Using PEST method to analyze the macro environment and industry environment of ZHES human resource strategic planning;Using the econometric linear regression method and markov model to estimate the supply and demand of human resources.Based on this,the general objectives and specific measures of ZHES company’s human resources strategic planning are formulated,and finally measures to ensure the effective implementation of human resources strategic planning are proposed.The purpose of ZHES co.,LTD.’s human resource strategic planning is to take the company’s development strategy as the guide,plan the company’s human resource management work in advance,define the leading direction of human resource management,and unify the management thought;To seize the key work of human resource management of the company,to provide human resource guarantee and support for the realization of the company’s development strategic goals,and to guide and guide the human resource management of all departments and units of the company. |
