Design And Implementation Of "Internet + Wisdom River Manager" Information Management System

"Wisdom River Manager" is one of the important contents of smart city construction.In the process of comprehensively implementing and improving the river system,Anhui Province has problems such as scattered information resources,low-level redundant construction,insufficient coordination between business systems,and insufficient integration of information resources.Based on the detailed research of research area's rivers and lakes and the status of water resources utilization,this study designed the intelligent information platform of the research area by comprehensively utilizing technologies such as mobile communication,RS,GPS and GIS.The platform adopts the "Internet +" smart river management mode,with basic functions such as managering river and lake information,patrolling task release,reporting event processing,statisticing the management of rivers,and intelligently integrates the entire river channel comprehensive management information through a map to make users In the smart phone,tablet and other terminals,we can respond positively to requests from the client for information management,event processing,river patrol instructions,public complaints,etc.,and intend to promote the further development of the "river managerment system".The research results of the "Internet +" smart river chief information system architecture are mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1)According to the implementation opinions of the “Wisdom River Manager” and the development requirements of the river management system,investigate the main rivers and their tributaries in the study area,and collect the main rivers and related geography and geology of the study area.Environmental data,etc.,relying on the Arcgis platform to build a basic geographic and environmental database of the study area to provide reliable resources for the smart river platform.(2)According to the development requirements of the river management system,the functional modules of the intelligent river length information system were designed in detail,focusing on the function modules such as event processing,assessment and evaluation,and information management in river governance.(3)The requirements of each functional module of the integrated system,choose ASP.NET platform for B/S client development,three-tier architecture "Smart River" information platform,use IIS server to process network request and response,by calling Arcgis API For Javascript interface Realize the connection of SQL Server database to display river and lake information.(4)Finally,demonstrate the completed system and analyze and verify the system's practicability,stability,security and flexibility based on the existing data.
