Ultraviolet-Visible Spectrophotometer is a kind of important spectral analysis instruments which can do qualitative and quantitative analysis of material structure,composition and content,has advantages of high measurement accuracy,high measurement speed and wide application range etc.And it has been widely applied to chemical engineering,epidemic prevention,environmental monitor,food examination,biological medicine,aerospace and other fields,which is the primary device in analysis inspection laboratory and plays a very important role in promoting the study of science,the development of economic and improving the eco-environment.The software system combined with the spectrophotometer can give full play to the instruments' ability of detection and analysis,be helpful for the convenience of users'operation,realize the function of data storage and remote management.Configuring software system is helpful to improve the use value of products and promote the development of spectrophotometer.However,the current level of research on spectrophotometer and software system is still uneven at home and abroad,most of the instrument manufacturers still have to import the expensive instruments and corresponding software system.There are a few of the company and the manufacturer being able to develop and manufacture ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer independently.With the increasing demand of spectrophotometer,many instrument companies and manufacturers doing spectrum analysis are putting forward for the requirements of spectrophotometer software system.In view of the current domestic situation,this paper proposes a design scheme in software system of Ultraviolet-Visible Spectrophotometer based on.NET three-tier architecture.This scheme based on Lambert Beer spectrophotometry,using.NET three-tier architecture technology,Modbus communication interface technology and modular design technology,provides a software system with good stability,perfect function and strong applicability for spectrophotometer.The system realizes the functions of data acquisition,measuring and control,storage management,3D display,report printing and etc,enhances the ability of quantitative and qualitative analysis.The whole system is easy to operate,has rich functions and good expansibility.The system is helpful to improve the convenience,the network and the intelligent level of spectral analysis instruments,to promote the development of the spectral analysis industry,the design and development of the software integration in our spectrum analysis instruments.
