Due to the rapid development of the society,the traffic pressure is increasing day by day,so there are a lot of viaducts in the city to relieve the traffic pressure.But then there are all kinds of vehicles hit the piers of the viaduct accident,recently in many cities the collision accident is not uncommon,which caused losses to the safety and property of the citizens.At present,most of the geological conditions of viaducts in many coastal cities are weak foundations,so pile-based viaducts are the mainstream in various cities.For the sake of representativeness and practicality,the purpose of this paper is to study the collision between the pile-foundation viaduct and the non-pile-foundation viaduct.At present,finite element method is one of the most effective methods for vehicle and bridge collision research.In this paper,an accurate finite element model of vehicle and bridge pier is established,and the finite element software ls-dyna is used for numerical simulation analysis.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)With reference to an df-hercules actual vehicle,a vehicle finite element model was established.The front part of the vehicle selected a constitutive model with a failure parameter and the the rear of the car was a rigid material.As for the practical bridge project and practical geological prospecting,a model of two-column concrete filled steel tubular piers was established and a HJC constitutive model was selected with concrete filled steel tube.The process of vehicle-bridge collision is simulated by changing the vehicle speed,vehicle weight and collision angle.(2)Simulation analysis of the impact of different vehicle factors on the impact process.By changing the factors such as vehicle speed,vehicle quality and collision angle,carrying on the simulation calculation analysis under different boundary conditions,aimed at analysis of bridge piers in the process of collision force,changes in the process of impact energy,the changes of displacement on the top of the bridge piers and collision collision force changes,and the simulation element results are compared with relevant literature.(3)Contrastive analysis of the impact of anti-collision devices on vehicle-bridge collision.The anti-collision device is set up at the impact point of the bridge pier,and various data generated in the collision process with or without anti-collision device are calculated.By comparing the results of the two collision processes,it is found that the forces on the piers after installing the anti-collision device,the energy in the collision process,the displacement of the pier top and the collision force produced by the collision all decrease.Therefore,it is very important to install anti-collision device on bridge pier.
