| As a new type of renewable energy,wind power has developed rapidly at home and abroad.As an important supporting component of the offshore wind turbine,the safety of basic structure is critcal to the safe operation of offshore wind turbines.In the operation or construction of offshore wind turbines,ship collision is a common phenomenon,and once the accident occurs,the loss tends to be huge.Therefore,it is significant to study and develop economical and practical anti-collision device for the protection of offshore wind turbine foundation.In this paper,a new type of FRP anti-collision device with buffer and absoption of energy is porposed,and it also launches a study on the preliminary design,mechanical properties and energy absorption effect evaluation.This paper proposed a new type of FRP anti-collision device with buffer and absorption of energy.Design the anti-collision device and study its mechanical properties and energy absorption effect evaluation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the design concept of flexible energy dissipation,the main dimension of anti-collision device is designed.Through static analysis,the results showed that the preliminary design meets the basic requirements.(2)This paper has a parameter analysis of the basic unit of anti-collision device,and takes four main parameters into account,namely the thickness of plate collision in unit 1(d11),shell thickness of hexagon array in unit 1(d12),shell thickness of quadrilateral array in unit 2(d2)and grid size of the hexagon(l12).The finite element software is used for static analysis,considering the sensitivity of the stress distribution and the displacement of the whole anti-collision device,the anti-collision device is optimized.(3)The numerical simulates the collision process of 1000-ton bulk ship and mono-pile foundation of offshore wind turbine to study the energy consumption,impact force,length of impact and the deformation of anti-collision unit in the process of collision,and to examine the dissipation effect and mechanism of anti-collision device considering the two kinds of working conditions of having or having no anti-collision device by using explicit nonlinear finite element analysis.The calculation results prove that:if the offshore wind turbines has anti-collision device,the collision time is extended by 0.522s,the maximum rammping force is decreased by 26.67%,and the maximum deformation of mono-pile foundation is reduced by 61.73%.And the energy consumption of anti-collision device accounts for 83.65%.The anti-collision device proposed in this paper can effectively dissipate the kinetic energy of the ship,reduce the maximum rammping force and extend the collision time so as to protect the mono-pile foundation well. |
