Research And Application Of BIM Technology In Construction Cost Control

Construction industry,as one of the pillar industries of China's national economy at present,has attracted more and more attention.At present,the low efficiency of the construction industry and waste of resources and other phenomena are obvious,and the pillar industry "emphasis on energy conservation and resources" concept is not consistent.In the current construction industry,the dominant is still the traditional cost management model,which can not meet the needs of the market economy environment.And this requires construction enterprises to follow the pace of the times,strengthen cost control,to refinement,data information management direction development,improve the enterprise's own market competitiveness.BIM technology provides a method and channel for this purpose,which mainly improves the decision accuracy of construction managers by comparing and analyzing the relevant data information of project components,so as to realize the fine management of construction cost control.This paper discusses the research and application of BIM technology in construction cost control.Firstly,the research status of cost control and BIM technology at home and abroad is summarized,the application of BIM technology makes the cost control of construction project improved,and then from the cost control and BIM technology two lines of theoretical research and analysis,first study the construction cost,cost control,The limitation of cost control and the software status of cost control,then the BIM technology is analyzed in detail from cost accounting,BIM technology and cost control based on BIM technology,and on this basis,the cost control of BIM technology in construction stage and the application value of BIM technology are studied emphatically.Finally,BIM technology is used to construct the 5D model of the actual case,and the concrete application of BIM technology in cost control is described in detail from the construction preparation stage and construction stage.BIM technology has changed the cost control of the construction industry greatly,so it has great practical value for the research and application of the cost control based on BIM technology.
