The water conservancy engineering industry can provide abundant clean energy for human beings,and it is increasingly being valued by human beings.With the rapid development of the water conservancy engineering industry,the project management level in the project has been put forward higher requirements.The concrete gravity dam is an important water retaining building,the management level of the construction progress and economic benefits,social benefits and environment.Benefits are closely related.With the increase of the complexity of water conservancy projects and the poor construction conditions,the traditional two-dimensional drawing-based schedule management method can not meet the project construction needs.The emergence of BIM technology provides a new method for concrete gravity dam schedule management.The paper analyzes the research status of BIM technology in schedule management and the research status of concrete gravity dam construction simulation in recent years,and discusses the feasibility and applicability of BIM technology applied to concrete gravity dam schedule management.By analyzing the relevant theories of BIM technology and concrete gravity dam project schedule management,the research framework of BIM 4D progress management of concrete gravity dam is established to improve the project schedule management level.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:Firstly,the establishment process of BIM 4D model is discussed from the theoretical level.The establishment of 3D model,the decomposition of work structure,the preparation of schedule and the link between model and schedule,the final BIM 4D model,the progress of concrete gravity dam Perform a visual simulation.Secondly,the construction control process of concrete gravity dam based on BIM technology is studied.The advantages of BIM technology compared with traditional schedule management methods are discussed from the aspects of project schedule control organization construction,schedule implementation tracking,schedule deviation analysis and construction schedule adjustment.Then,in order to analyze the effect of BIM technology on the progress control of concrete gravity dam,it is decided to use the method of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics to judge the effect of the progress management process.Firstly,the first-level index and the second-level index of the evaluation are established respectively.The method of analytic hierarchy process determines the weight of the index and uses fuzzy mathematics to conduct comprehensive evaluation.Finally,the case study is carried out through a concrete gravity dam project to verify the scientificity and rationality of the research methods and research ideas in the paper.The theoretical research in the thesis is verified by the actual engineering project,and the predictability and information synergy of BIM are demonstrated from the aspects of schedule risk control,construction process simulation and schedule simulation.The application of BIM technology in the progress management of concrete gravity dam is obtained.The value provides reference value for the application of BIM technology in the progress management of concrete gravity dam.
