The sluice has the functions of irrigation and mites,and plays a vital role in water conservancy projects.Many of China's sluice gates have been designed to have low standards.After a long period of operation,coupled with improper management,many sluices have problems of large or small.The safety of the sluice is critical to the safe operation of the entire hydraulic hub.Taking QunLi sluice as an example,review the current status of the sluice sluice,and obtain a comprehensive evaluation and classification.In addition,the scheme for sluice reinforcement is proposed,and a more reasonable one is selected.This paper introduces the conventional method and finite element method for the calculation of the structure of the sluice gate chamber.Combined with the example of the group force gate,the conventional internal force calculation and the three-dimensional finite element internal force analysis calculation based on the Workbench are performed on the pier and the sluice floor.The calculation results are analyzed and compared.(1)The current situation of the QunLi sluice is reviewed and the QunLi sluice is comprehensively evaluated according to the results,and the necessity of reinforcement is proposed.Then carry out reinforcement design.(2)The internal force of the brake shoe is calculated by the inverted beam method.The pier is regarded as a cantilever beam fixed to the bottom plate,and the stress of the pier is calculated by the eccentric compression formula in the material mechanics.(3)The workflow of the three-dimensional finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is introduced,and its superiority compared with the classic version of ANSYS is discussed.The Workbench is used to calculate the internal force of the sluice structure.The calculation results are compared with the conventional methods,and the research results provide a reference for the similar sluice reinforcement design and the analysis of the lock chamber structure.
