With the introduction of a series of policies to vigorously promote the process of building industrialization,assembly building is bound to get further development.For a long time,the lack of effective management in the distribution link of assembly building components is one of the important factors causing the slow development of assembly building,and the related research on assembly building distribution is relatively rare.From the perspective of vehicle scheduling,this paper optimizes the distribution problem of assembly building,and improves the management of assembly building flow distribution.The level has a strong practical significance.Firstly,through reading a large number of related literatures,this paper summarizes the distribution optimization of PC components in assembly building from four aspects: assembly building,logistics distribution network,distribution optimization model and intelligent optimization algorithm,summarizes the existing research results in various aspects at home and abroad;secondly,from two aspects: logistics distribution and assembly distribution vehicle scheduling.On the other hand,it introduces the distribution theory,VRPTW problem and road block problem,which provide the theoretical basis for the later two chapters.Then,considering the influence of road traffic impedance on distribution service,a mathematical model of distribution cost of assembly building components is established for the distribution network of a single prefabricated factory to multiple construction sites,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve it.Finally,aiming at the expanding scale of assembly building,on the basis of one-to-many distribution network established,the distribution optimization model model of multiple prefabricated factories for multiple construction sites is established.The model and algorithm are solved and simulated by using the aggregation idea and firefly algorithm of Aggregation Optimization algorithm.The model and algorithm are applied to an example to prove the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.The practicability and feasibility of the model and algorithm provide a theoretical basis for the management of assembly building flow department.
