Vehicle scheduling is related to the huge business scale,flexible operation process,unique customer needs and rapid response requirements,which puts forward a high demand to the handling capacity of the vehicle scheduling practitioners.This paper,through the intelligent scheduling problem research,is in order to develop an intelligent scheduling system to generate intelligent operation and finish performance analysis under the circumstance that business rules and basic data are maintained.In this paper,through the investigation and analysis of the practical needs,the functions of intelligent scheduling system are in detail description,including line management,order management,capacity management,road management,scheduling instructions.On the algorithm engine,this thesis makes an in-depth analysis of the seven goals and nine constraints involved in intelligent scheduling.After determining the parameters and variables,a 0-1 integer linear programming model is established in this thesis.According to the actual needs of the business,three kinds of personalized customized solution is put up with,including the index priority scheme,reduce carpooling scheme and equalization scheme.An empirical rule of order grouping operations is constructed and used in the exact algorithm.Besides,the C# language is used to write the program,and the CPLEX ILOG software is used to solve the problem.In this paper,the model is tested by the actual data of 14-20 in July 2016 as an example.The experimental results show that,compared with the manual scheduling results,three scheduling schemes in intelligent scheduling engine finished more T+3 orders while reduced the carpool rate.Among three intelligent scheduling scheme,the index priority scheme completed the most T+3 orders,while the rate of carpool carpooling schemes is lowest.Finally,the data in the 2015.6.1-2015.6.30 are as experimental data,and the large-scale data is that there are 971 orders,39 dray.A contrast test is handled that the city is specified or not,and four group comparison tests are given that the number of dealers in the same city,the maximum number of dealers in different cities and the number of cities are changed in turn.The test results verify the validity of the model,and the increase in the number of dealers in the same city,the maximum number of dealers in different cities and the number of cities,can be improved the efficiency.After the intelligent scheduling system has been successfully launched,the use rate has been gradually improved.From the latest fourth quarter of 2017,the intelligent dispatching system has been extended to the more than 20 transportation companies in the company's scheduling operations,with 300 thousand vehicles running monthly,and the highest utilization rate has reached 100%.
